King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard orchestral tour 2025 coming to NYC: Where to get tickets

King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard have announced their 2025 U.S. tour, which will feature a series of unique orchestral performances. The “Phantom Island” tour will see the band performing alongside different 28-piece orchestras in each city, conducted by Sarah Hicks.
The tour will kick off in Philadelphia on July 28 and include two performances in New York at Forest Hills Stadium on August 1 and 2. One will be an orchestral show, and the other a traditional “rock n’ roll show.”
The tour will conclude with a special three-day festival, Field of Vision, in Buena Vista, Colorado, from August 15-17.
The band’s latest single, “Phantom Island,” was released alongside their 26th studio album, “Flight b741,” which came out earlier this year. “Phantom Island” marks a shift toward orchestral music, part of their continuing exploration of new musical territories as a genre-bending band.
Tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster and secondary market platforms such as Vivid Seats, SeatGeek and StubHub, which offer verified tickets with buyer guarantees.
